<p>This data sets out information on the size and shape of England's Broad Rental Market Areas (BRMAs). The information comes from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and is available online at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/valuation-office-agency">https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/valuation-office-agency</a></p> <p>Across England there are 152 Broad Rental Market Areas. These are set by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and are used to define the amount of support a household might be able to claim to support their housing costs, known as Local Housing Allowance.
