Housing affordability

This data sets out the percentage of residents of the Cambridge housing sub-region who are unable to afford housing, based on contemporary income data and housing costs, broken down into percentage

Homelessness in England

Statistics about homelessness for every local authority in England.

This includes annual data covering 2009-10 to 2015-16 based on CLG live table 784, known as the P1E returns.


Empty homes

This data on empty homes across for England is collated from local authority returns to the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Our housing future

How old is our housing?

This dataset provides information for Cambridgeshire, West Suffolk and Peterborough, showing the age of homes as provided by the Valuation Office Agency, based on council tax records.

Second homes

Are there many properties used as second homes in our local area? How many people live locally and own a second homes elsewhere in England and Wales?

Rough sleepers across England

This data provides information across England on the number of rough sleepers in each local authority area, identified either through a count or an estimate, from 2010 to 2015.
